Ah. 

Open: Aram Saroyan's "crickets" on "10+2:12 American Text Sound Pieces".
You need a record player, because this piece starts at the end of the LP
and continues in the runout groove.

Closed: Al Hansen's "Yoko Ono Piano Drop". January 17, 1973 (performed in
Aachen!). It can only be performed once on the piano, of course.
