This isn't a good answer.  They should had said:
"I am sorry to inform you that this behavior is within the technical
limitation, and we are doing our best to improve it."

This behavior is kinda nature of the database-driven file object, and
the host app needs to have a separate executable to compact it, which
can be somewhat lengthy process.

Did we not have this option under Finale v1.0 - 2.6?
