Yes. Yes,  yes, and Yes.

But I know you are a very detailed Finale user, really a top notch
expert, just like Dennis (and many others here), so I don't know if
you will find Sibelius as enjoyable as I do.  But from my perspective,
I wished I had started using it from the very beginning.  If you rely
on the speedy entry method for data entry, Sibelius' is a bit
different. But for me, this didn't matter because I'm a
mouse-pointer-data-entry person.

I remembered the first time I used figured bass with Sibelius, I
couldn't believe how easy it was. That alone was enough to make me
happy for the switchover!

Well, the only one I've encountered involved the XML issue of not
being able to correctly read grace notes, which will not matter after
I'm finished with the last bit of porting my files over to Sibelius.

My personal experience has been that friends that work in baroque
literature are now using Sibelius. I haven't heard any complaints from
them so far.
