Of course, that's one retailer, but your point is well taken.

On the other hand, clicking on the link for all Notation Software, the page came up with the sort order being Best Sellers of All Time and the best seller was Sibelius G7 Kontakt Edition for Guitar. If that is really the best selling notation software package of all time, then I am definitely not connected to reality at all.

What does that tell us? That this site isn't a very good indicator of much of anything other than what this site has been able to sell.
