[Finale] rests in 6/8, 9/8, 12/8

I should have been clearer. I should have said "hide
the 3rd beat" not "hide the middle of the bar."
Personally, I don't think half rests should be used in
3/4 on beat two or beat one for that matter. It looks
clumsy to me.
