David, it's not murky at all. It's very, very likely a reliance on
3rd-party tools that make the job of creating the help files easier
that caused the problem.
Do you repair your watch with a sledge hammer?
Do you light a cigeratte with a flare gun?
If the tools they use produce rubbish the should use other tools.
It's really as simple as that.
