First:
Data packets, no matter which, cannot be "dangerous".
They can, however, be built to exploit programming faults in the software which receives them. But that's a problem of that software, then.

Second:
You will get caught.
Probably not the first time you do it.
But then, since you haven't been caught then, you'll feel safe -- and do it again. And again. And thus, the pattern of your attacks will be recognized, and they'll hunt you.
Until they finally get you.
