I suggested this when I worked at MM, but P2P has such a bad rap...despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, the perception of P2P in the world is that it's only good for violating copyright.

Plus, there's no P2P client software bundled with Windows.

On the other hands, speed and builtin integrity checks are both strong arguments for P2P.
