In the Henle edition of the same piece, it's the F# that's shifted to
the right.
There are countless places where one has to make such choices. On what
basis does one choose the note that's moved?
You've just proven my point -- there is no universally
agreed on basis to choose which note gets moved, thus the
difference in the two printed editions you cite. If there
were a precise rule, they'd both be shifted the same.
