No. That text insert doesn't have any parameter.
And there seems to be some confusion about the page offset in some of
the replies you've got. The page offsets belongs to the TEXT INSERT, not
to the text block or to the page. For example, you can have a single
text block with the text "Page 1/12 in this file, (Page 34/112 total)"
and the 1 and 34 will use two different offsets.
