Which is true; earlier versions of Sibelius did have the capability of 
opening Finale ~.ETF files directly. This was relatively easy, as Finale 
provided many more details about the file format. However, MakeMusic no 
longer supports ~.ETF file output from Finale, and is much more 
secretive about the structure of data files. I don't believe it has ever 
been possible for Sibelius to read ~.mus files.
