We just write the chord symbol as you said. Maybe for the Fr6 you might write 
Bb7(#11), but the It6 is just missing the 5th, which doesn't make a difference 
to the chord symbol. Most jazz musicians don't think of these chords as aug6th 
chords, they see them as tritone substitutes for the secondary dominant (V7/V) 
and apply them as tonicisations to ANY chord, not just the V chord. Usually in 
a style where you would use chord symbols, the concept of an aug6 chord is 
old-fashioned, so it doesn't come up.
