Download the demo of Mackeeper and 'find duplicates'. I'm pretty organised and efficient on my mac but still regained about 10 gigs. You need to manually search and delete the duplicates - unless you pay. FWIW it is pretty easy and cheap to replace the internal drive on a mac laptop - I put a 500gig in mine.
