I think it's good for garritan though. There are tons of sample
libraries out there and garritan's just isn't as good as it used to
be. You could have seen this coming as more and more of the library
ended up in finale over the years.

This could also be good news for smart music. Maybe the stuff that
doesn't have real accompaniments won't sound like video game music
from the 90s anymore. Maybe we will get to use the piano samples in
garritan instead if the finale sound font or whatever smart music
uses......which is terrible.
