Sympathies Dennis. It's happened to me a few times in a couple of years where something has happened to PC/ laptop before the software could be de-authorised. Such an inconvenience and i'd welcome a change.

It won't register over the internet because I already have a second computer registered. I wrote to tech support, but I have urgent work to do. Any suggestions? I'm so fed up with this system that I'm going to hunt for a hack if I don't have a response within the next couple of hours.
