I emphatically agree, and it's something I've complained about repeatedly to 
MM. More voices on this couldn't hurt! It's *way* too easy to destroy all of 
your vertical spacing without realizing it, because, when you are viewing one 
page at a time, there is no visual feedback to differentiate between "I'm only 
moving this system" and "I'm moving this staff in all systems."
