They didn't get rid of the fonts. It looks like they just made a mistake
with the installer. They had something similar happen with one of the
other past updates. It was one of the point upgrades in 2010 or 2011 but
it wasn't this restricted. Unfortunately it is just the case with the
update installer. Apparently the "full" installer will allow you to
customize the installer. Unfortunately the "full" installer is not
available yet. I'm not exactly sure what the difference is with the two
installers. You can always get the fonts from MM website from the
"FontPack".
