What on earth does this have to do with MM? If you're using a Windows operating system younger than 10 years with stable drivers, it's not possible for an application to crash a PC. An application can only crash within its own protected memory space. Drivers are at a level where they can crash the computer (such as my previous NVIDIA drivers did before my last driver update), and the ASIO driver specification is extremely low level but not even designed by Microsoft. It's not MM's job to configure your computer properly with stable drivers.
