The fraction slash is a standard Unicode character, and Unicode isn't platform-specific. It's at slot U+2044. I have no idea how to get it with a standard Windows keystroke though, although it can be entered on the numpad if unicode numpad functionality is on. Or paste it from the Character Map utility to Fin2012, or use some Unicode utility.
