In the original release of FIn12 you could not apply a different
transposition without changing instruments. This function would have been
indispensable if you wanted to provide both C and Bb euphonium parts
(playing the same underlying part), or a Bb and Eb contrabass clarinet part.

Now that transposition can be applied with a staff style, the function is
less essential.
