I hope someone can help me - I'm having trouble with my installation of F2014.
I downloaded the trial and then decided to upgrade. I paid my money and activated the installation but didn't read the instructions properly :-( and so wasn't getting access to the Garritan Music files. On advice from Finale Support I uninstalled the trial installation, deleted the Finale 2014 and ~User\AppData\Roaming\MakeMusic\Finale 2014 folders as I was instruced and re-installed this time including all the Garritan files. However I still can't see the Garritan files listed in the Score Manager or under Sound Map Priority. I have tried this reinstallation several times deleting any files named Finale 2014 I can find before starting, but not once on opening the newly installed program have I been prompted for an activation code or my serial number. This suggests to me that there may be an admin file somewhere I've missed. I'm installing on my E: drive, which is where my previous Finale installations have been made. Finale have been helpful, but so far not successfully. I would be glad of any advice anyone else can offer.
