not very useful in all new music PTs, but still very helpful.

the pain of the compromises are less than those in extraction, for me 
at least.  i have learned to predict what the output will look like 
and accept come crap in the SC for easier PTs generation.  but F2014 
brags about major improvements in linked PTs, which i have not fully 
explored because i need to update my system and therefore MANY 
programmes to be able to use it... (and lose my current email 
programme)
