Found a workaround that applied to earlier versions, but seems to work here
too: instead of selection Maestro and Wide from the font and type list
boxes, type directly Maestro Wide and Wide respectively and click OK. It
seems to work. I guess it's more like a Wondows issue in the handling of
fonts but it's quite annoying
