I also don't use the playback as it simply doesn't play most of what I write. I 
also usually star with normal noteheads. I will check the use of different 
fonts, and look forward to checking out yours.

I didn't want to use 2 staffs (hiding the empty ones wouldn't work). Hence my 
dilemma, for 10 measures.
