You are right. One error is labeled harmless, the other as bad but not fatal-having to 
do apparently
internationalization...

I am definitely doing that next later today.
Maybe that will fix the anchored windows I have in gimp.
The gimp program itself seems to function fine but I gotta
be able to reposition the windows.
