In my case, oaf-config reported 0.6.7. 'dpkg -l oaf' also showed 0.6.7.
First I uninstalled oaf with 'dpkg --purge --force-depends oaf' (purge
removes config files as well, force-depends uninstalls it even though I
had some installed packages using it). At this point, 'dpkg -l oaf'
reported that it wasn't installed (no version). I then did a 'fink rebuild
oaf', and then manually installed the three new .debs (oaf, oaf-dev, and
oaf-shlibs from /sw/fink/10.2/unstable/main/binary-darwin-powerpc) with
'dpkg -i', but a 'fink install oaf' would probably do the trick as well.
