Hi!
I already emailed this to povray's maintainer, but I've got no response, and I wonder if someone has any clue.
Im trying to compile povray on fink (because it is needed by pymol):
Package manager version: 0.11.0
Distribution version: 0.4.9.cvs
which was installed from scratch acording to the instructions for Jaguar on fink's site.
I've been able to compile and install Xfree, KDE, gimp, TeTex and many other packages without a glitch.
However, whenever I try to install povray, I get the following after downloading the package:
---
The checksum of the file povuni_s.tgz of package povray-3.50b-1 is incorrect.
The most likely cause for this is a corrupted or incomplete download. It is
recommended that you download it again. How do you want to proceed?
(1) Give up
(2) Delete it and download again
(3) Assume it is a partial download and try to continue
(4) Don't download, use existing file

What can I do? Is there any way to get the povuni_s.tgz file the package needs?
Thanks in advance,
