They still have it if you don't wait too long.
Otherwise, you see here a nice example of Murphy's law in full action. Fink is trying to finalize its stable Jaguar release, so you can expect alll kinds of things breaking down. Sourceforge is completely down, so no cvs update, no Fink FAQ (which would have an advice for your problem). And the GNUies start to replace things by new versions without keeping old versions around. Not nice.
