[Fink-beginners] dlcompat-20020929 not showing in unstable?

hiya,

...I've been looking for dlcompat-20020929, which is supposed to be in fink-unstable, but it doesn't seem to show up in my fink self-update's? I have my fink set for cvs, and I know at one time I added an "unstable" package...I thought this set me up for access to all "unstable" packages, but apparently not...I've even d/l'ed fink commander, and it doesn't show any dlcompat in "unstable"...

Can someone straighten me out on this?
