I have fink 0.4.1.cvs and would like to install bidwatcher. I see it is
not present in 0.4.1-stable but is in current-stable. My question is how
do I get to packages in current-stable? Please pardon me if this question
is already answered under a FAQ. Anticipating a question regarding my
current version of fink, here's the output of fink --version:

% fink --version
Package manager version: 0.10.0
Distribution version: 0.4.1.cvs
You forgot one important information: Your version of OSX.

If you are running 10.1, you need to activate the unstable tree in your fink.conf file, see Fink FAQ #3.8 and #3.9

If you are running 10.2, you first need to do the Jaguar upgrade of your Fink installaton as described on the fink web page.

In both cases, you will have to install from source (unless you are on 10.2 and the binary dist appeared while I was sleeping).
