Martin, I didn't see any clear/easy way to an upgrade, so I opted to reinstall fink, followed by a fink selfupdate-cvs, then I reinstalled all my chosen packages from scratch. I renamed /sw to /sw-0.4.1 so I could do a clean install, so if the build works without error I'll just blow away the old tree.

If I do not get the proper version of X I will con- sider blowing all my XonX software and will opt to install it via fink. Of course part of the problem will be having to figure out how to do that...
