Excellent, thanks Martin :). I was digging my own hole deeper and deeper trying to install the prepackaged KDE 3.0.7 debs - I use freetype2-hinting, but kdebase3-ssl 3.0.7 depends only on freetype2-shlibs (no | freetype2-hinting-shlibs).. arrgh. Going to install KDE 3.1 once I get doxygen working :)
