If you're running 10.3, then Fink is only supposed to look in the 10.3
tree.  

If you've moved the files over to your local branch, you also need to
have "local/main" on the Trees: line of /sw/etc/fink.conf.

However, be warned:  the reason that they haven't been moved over to the
10.3 tree is probably that they don't build.
