I cannot imagine a working solution for this. A try I can imagine to work but without!!!!!! any gurantee would be to edit your fink.conf by setting tree to 10.2, afterwards doing a selfupdate and after this trying to get a precompiled Xfree via apt-get install since a fink install would compile Xfree and this is what you donnot want. But I really doubt this to work on a 10.3.3 box. Easier would be to install XCode which comes with the panther Disks or is on the G5 DVDs. Panther comes on four Dics, three black ones, one white one and the white one is the one you want. On the G5 DVDs there should be a function called "Install Additional Software" (Sorry I only have a german version of the G5 DVD and it says "Zustzliche Software installieren/wiederherstellen"). This first installs a wizard tool in /Applications/Utilities and with this tool you can install the XCode Tools.
