Enabling unstable (you're in 10.3, right?) is not going to do anything in
this case because xcdroast is only available for 10.2 right now (for
whatever reason)[1].  In a Terminal window, do the following (prefix the
commands with sudo if it gives you a permission error).  These are two
separate commands (watch the wrap).

cp /sw/fink/10.2-gcc3.3/unstable/main/finkinfo/utils/xcdroast.info
/sw/fink/10.3/local/main/finkinfo

/sw/fink/10.2-gcc3.3/unstable/main/finkinfo/utils/xcdroast.patch
/sw/fink/10.3/local/main/finkinfo

Then go to FinkCommander > Source > Util > Index.  And then File > Update
Table.  That should make xcdroast show up.
