I just migrated those two packages to 10.3, so (after fink's mirror
servers update:) the above URLs will list it in 10.3/unstable. Then,
doing a "fink selfupdate" (assuming you have enabled the unstable
branch) should allow "fink install unison" to install it.

Note that although I checked t hat they compile, I am not able to test
that the unison program works. Please give it a try and let us know
how it works for you. Positive user feedback is necessary before we
can consider making a binary available.
