Those directories contain various parts of X11. Fink detects that you
have something there but knows it didn't put anything there, so it
refuses to overwrite [whatever] automatically. What's there is
probably Apple's X11User package (part of OS X starting with 10.3). If
you really want to use fink's x11, you have to first delete Apple's
manually. OTOH, if you don't care *what* x11 you have and you already
have Apple's X11User present, see the FAQ, above.
