Yes. And with my "voodoo" classification which seems to have offended him, I tried to help, too. You said you had done what he suggested, and it still didn't work. His theory was that if you really followed his suggestion to the letter, it would work, and I tried to hint that the persistence of the problem was perhaps not your fault; that you may well have followed his advice correctly, but that, since we don't know the real cause of the crash yet, this advice does perhaps not work in all cases.
