kwin: it looks like there's already a window manager running. kwin not
started.
This may be your problem. "startkde" really isn't intended to be run
after you've already started another window manager.

I see the very first fullscreen startscreen, cpu goes 100%, if i click
the mouse the screen will close but i have to press ctrl-c, then
startkde will shut down....

You might try setting things up as per
http://finkers.wordpress.com/2010/06/18/finks-xinitrc-gnome-and-kde/
Though you will want to edit /sw/bin/xinitrc.sh as a superuser and change
x_prefix="/usr/X11R6"
to
x_prefix="/opt/X11"
And possibly also use
#!/bin/sh
. /opt/X11/lib/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/98-user.sh
as your /sw/etc/xinitrc-last-hook--though I'm not completely sure that's
the location of the file on Xquartz on 10.6.
