No.  From our perspective, the stuff in /Developer is mostly just a 
backup.  I meant literally /usr/bin/gcc-4.2, but that's hidden from the 
Finder.

 From a terminal window use

sudo mv /usr/bin/gcc-4.2 /usr/bin/gcc-4.2.moved

and after you enter your password it'll actually be renamed.
