Hi, I have the following config: Mac OS 10.7.5 Xcode 4.3.2 and I just updated fink: Package manager version: 0.36.1 Distribution version: selfupdate-cvs Tue Nov 19 10:27:37 2013, 10.7, x86_64
I'm having the same problem as RichardT: >fink install gcc48 Password: Information about 8749 packages read in 2 seconds. Can't resolve dependency "xcode (>= 4.6)" for package "gcc48-4.8.2-1001" (no matching packages/versions found) Exiting with failure. However I don't understand the fix proposed by Alexander Hansen. I tried pkgutil --pkgs and noticed that com.apple.pkg.CLTools_Executables does not show up. However, xcode-select does not accept the --install option: Usage: xcode-select -print-path or: xcode-select -switch <xcode_folder_path> or: xcode-select -version So I'm a bit confused here... Any idea how can I get around this problem? Many thanks! -- View this message in context: http://fink.9193.n7.nabble.com/Fink-and-xcode-issues-tp44220p44507.html Sent from the fink-beginners mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Shape the Mobile Experience: Free Subscription Software experts and developers: Be at the forefront of tech innovation.
