That is completly irrelevant. Lease the packageing policy for more
information. Roughly, anything that is no OSI-Approved is Restrictive.

The question was not whether "restrictive" is the correct license or
not. The question was whether the actual license of each of these
packages makes any restrictions on the distributions of binaries. For
some of the listed packages there maybe be none, for others there may
be.

By default I have to assume that they all prohibit binary
distribution. But I ask so that you, the maintainers of the packages,
can tell me (possibly supported by a short license excerpt) that
indeed the license does not prohibit redistribution of binaries.

All I wanted to know (regarding vim) was answered by your quote of
the license above. Just to clarify it once more: I can't go thru all
these packages by hand myself - or maybe i can, but I won't, it's a
lot of work for me and I am not inclined to waste even more time on
this stuff than I already do. To first find the license, then read it
and understand it, then decide *is* work, esp. if you have to do it
for 1-2 dozen packages. Hence i ask the package maintainers to do
this work for me. That's all.

>But like I say, I'm not sure what the criteria for "restrictive" are.

Again, this is completly unimportant for answering the original question.
