Well it defintily doesn't work for me, and we have to find out what's 
going on. What happens is that for some reasons the loadable modules 
*are* created, but instead of a .so suffix with a .soU suffix. 
Everything else seems to assume .so, though, hence it fails to work 
properly.

Now *why* it uses .soU, I have no clue. I'll try to take a look at 
the build scripts/process tonight, but anybody else feel free to look 
as well :-)
