Hi there,

I just made a fresh install of 10.2 and reinstalled from scratch fink,
following the guide on the web site. Everything runned perfectly, I'm so
happy with that. Big big cheers to the team :-)

while reinstalling lftp, I noticed that this package required the
installation of openssl, while it's already installed in Jaguar.
Maybe it's just a stupid question, or an RTFM one...
but :
[Dual-GHz:~] pejvan% which openssl
/sw/bin/openssl
[Dual-GHz:~] pejvan% /usr/bin/openssl version
OpenSSL 0.9.6e 30 Jul 2002
[Dual-GHz:~] pejvan% openssl version
OpenSSL 0.9.6e 30 Jul 2002

so is there a particular reason not mentionned ?

thanks for your help,

Pejvan
