I was thinking that something which depends on a package in crypto needs to be in crypto to. But I might be wrong here. What do you think? Anyone else? But please, give an alternative neon23 | neon23-ssl in the Depends and the BuildDepends...
Well, I checked it again: It was like this (unfortunately) with subversion 0.14.2 and below. But 0.14.3 seems to work fine with 0.23.5 (which will be in the cvs unstable tree soon). So I will change the "=" to ">=".So, you mean, 0.23.5 will not work once it is released? It should, as it has the same API - if the API changes, they will go to 0.24.x, and you make neon24. So I don't see the problem here..And is an "=" for the version really required _ wouldn't ">=" be good enough ?Unfortunately 'neon23 (= 0.23.4-10)' is needed right now, since subversion depends on a specific version of neon. It will complain otherwise and not build. This should be fixed for a future version of svn.
Thanks for your help,
chris.
