Good to see it appearing in 10.2 !
It's a first start, and will get better... (E.g. svn-server etc.)

But please, give an alternative neon23 | neon23-ssl in the Depends
and the BuildDepends...
Mhmmm... I am not sure about that. I was thinking of doing a svn-client-ssl variant. Do you think that is not needed? I was thinking that something which depends on a package in crypto needs to be in crypto to. But I might be wrong here. What do you think? Anyone else?
Since it is an alternative depends, I think it's OK to put this in the "normal" svn-client.

And is an "=" for the version really required _ wouldn't ">=" be good enough ?
Unfortunately 'neon23 (= 0.23.4-10)' is needed right now, since subversion depends on a specific version of neon. It will complain otherwise and not build. This should be fixed for a future version of svn.
So, you mean, 0.23.5 will not work once it is released? It should, as it has the same API - if the API changes, they will go to 0.24.x, and you make neon24. So I don't see the problem here..
