I was not aware there was a CD with it, I do recall seeing the pdf and
liking it.  It may just be that none of us ever looked that closely
because those of us in the position to be interested in making a CD are
not anywhere near the target audience of a "learning Fink" book.  ;)

I'm certain that I could probably make a usable CD by hand right now --
it would mostly consist of a few fink.conf changes and and
apt/sources.list change.

My main goal is to have tools to be able to take a binary distribution
and build a CD from it automagically, reproducibly, and without a lot of
manual work (which is what I would assume would have been done for
funwithfink).
