I just checked what I use regulary, from unstable, (even without knowing
it :-)
- blackbox 0.65-0.1
- debianutils 1.23-1
- gnome-libs-* 1.4.2-2
- libdnet 1.5-2
- nessus (whole) 1.2.6-1
- ncftp 3.1.5-1
- ncurses 5.2-9
- net-snmp 5.0-4
- xfree86-whatever 4.2.1.1-3

To know that, I had to browse FinkCommander line by line.

I'll take a look at Engine::do_real_list, to see if it's possible to
list specifically from stable/unstable

BTW, one failed (or lacks information)
- oroborus2 2.0.9-1-1
It builds, but produce no binary !
Only (useless) doc and theme files.
