Please don't make packages which install into /usr, the world will end.
One more question. I am having difficulty finding good information about PackageMaker. I can't figure out how to install more than one file to different locations. For example, my libxml2 package will have to install some files into /usr/lib and some files into /usr/include and one file into /usr/bin. Any idea how to do that?
You _will_ have to rebuild everything with a different prefix first due to the library paths encoded in the executables and shared libraries being different, although if you use /usr or /usr/local it may work anyway, as they are in the default dyld search path, it is best to recompile.
