If you read <http://developer.apple.com/leopard/overview/> you will see:
"Leopard certainly won’t be UNIX in name only. Apple will submit  
Leopard and Leopard Server to The Open Group for certification  
against the UNIX ‘03 product standard."

So you can probably assume that if there are differences between the  
UNIX03 spec and bsd, then Apple will probably go with UNIX03.
